Rehat is a Chrome extension designed to help users understand how they spend time on websites and improve productivity through website usage analytics.
The extension follows a privacy-first design. Most data is stored locally inside the user's browser and is never transmitted to external servers.
Rehat collects only the minimum information required for its core functionality.
The extension does NOT collect:
All analytics data is stored locally inside your browser using the
chrome.storage.local API.
Your browsing data never leaves your device. Rehat does not operate cloud databases or analytics servers.
Users may voluntarily subscribe to the GlyIQ Newsletter.
If a user subscribes, the following information may be collected:
This information is sent to a Google Apps Script endpoint and stored in a private Google Sheet owned by the developer.
The data is used only to send newsletters or product updates related to the extension. Users may unsubscribe at any time.
When uninstalling the extension, users may optionally submit feedback about their experience.
Selected reasons and written comments may be sent to a Google Apps Script endpoint.
Submitting feedback is optional and anonymous unless the user voluntarily includes personal information.
Browsing data older than 30 days may automatically be removed from local storage.
Users can also manually clear all stored data from the extension settings at any time.
Rehat does not use advertising networks, analytics trackers, or third-party behavioral tracking services.
Google Apps Script is used only for optional newsletter subscriptions and uninstall feedback submissions.
